Move through seated and standing “yoga” poses choreographed to worshipful Christian music. This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. Beginning with restorative breathing and ending with a a final relaxation segment. You will leave feeling peaceful and relaxed!!!
No mat is needed. Please wear athletic shoes for this class.

To get the most benefit from these classes you should try and make it to class three times per week. However, if you can only fit two classes per week in your schedule, you will still see good results.
