PRAISEBOOGIE is a danced based cardio workout using energizing contemporary, gospel, and soul Christian music combined with Latin infused dance moves such as the Cha-cha, Salsa, and Meringue to give you a fun workout that not only gets your heart and body going, but will help improve your core, balance, and flexibility as well. Whether you are 17 or 107, if you like to dance you will love these classes! GENTLE YOGA – Move through seated and standing “yoga” poses choreographed to worshipful Christian music to effectively improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, posture, balance, and strength. Special attention paid to correct postural alignment opening up the spine to help with chronic neck and back issues. Beginning with restorative breathing and ending with final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity. Appropriate for ALL levels of participants. No mat is needed. (Please wear athletic shoes.)
STRENGTHEN/SCULPT/STRETCH – Just what it says – strengthen, sculpt, and stretch that body to furn up and tone up those problem areas. Special attention paid to abs, back, hips, thighs, arms, and shoulders. Class also will promote better posture. Incorporated a combination hand weights, yoga, and Pilates. You will need a set of hand weights, a mat, water, and a hand towel.
